Items are packaged in an envelope and sent via ordinary post.  If you wish to add a track and trace to your order, please inquire about additional postage costs before ordering.

I take care to check the quality of all items before sending, so are confident you will be very happy that the item is as described.  I do not offer returns or exchanges on my items.

In order to keep shipping costs to the customer as low as possible, my items are sent in envelopes via ordinary post.  If your item is missing or damaged by the postal service, I do not offer refunds or replacements.  If you wish to track and trace your order, please advise before ordering and I will advise the additional shipping costs.
